Wow! Very impressed with the first-class service I received from this company – I rang Monday morning with a broken washing machine and by the next day it was all fixed and ready to use. The man who fixed it was very professional and really friendly. I would highly recommend this company.”

Frequently Asked Questions

All machines are unique, however, before you call have a look at these common problems and suggested fixes.

Visually inspect your plug and socket or switch, check the fuse in the plug from the appliance with one you know works at the correct rating. Plug in another device to check it functions, then plug your appliance in an extension lead into another socket and check it comes back on.

Check around the door seal perimeter if the seal is in good order; if there are gaps, this will be the cause. Seals can change their shape if gently warmed by a wet warm towel.

Some condensation inside a fridge is normal. However, if it’s on the roof of the fridge, check that the door is shutting correctly (check any furniture doors are not hitting the frame before the seal is seal on appliance cabinet if it’s integrated machine).

Louder circulation noises on new fridges is normal; this is due to newer eco-friendly gases racing around the system faster than in the older systems.
